Meet The Team

Billy Hart

Head of Sales

Billy joined DGF in 2022. Prior to this, Billy held a director position within the outsourcing and business development sector. His experience consists of managing and training teams of up to 60 people across Sales, Operations and Finance. At DGF he manages the 6 internal sales execs, 2 Broker Managers, the Sales Support function and key vendor/partner accounts.

Matthew Bull

Commercial Manager

Matthew began his asset finance career with the Close Brothers Asset Finance Academy in 2015, gaining comprehensive industry training. He then joined Dawsongroup Finance, progressing from sales support to roles in business development, credit, funding, and internal sales, before becoming Commercial Manager in 2022.

With expertise in managing credit and securing funding, Matthew ensures optimal finance solutions for all new business opportunities.

  

Brad Hammans

Business Development Manager 

After earning a finance degree, Brad began in the mortgage industry, supporting brokers with first-charge, second-charge, and commercial mortgages, and specializing in challenging cases like adverse credit, ex-pats, and unusual income or properties. By 2023, he had transitioned to asset finance, rising to Business Development Manager, where he built partnerships with manufacturers. Now at Coast Finance, Brad leverages his brokering and sales experience to secure asset funding and develop key client relationships.

Andy Leggatt

Operations & Funding Manager

Andy started his Asset Finance career in 2006 in an Asset Finance brokerage where he has helped numerous customers secure the funding that their businesses have required. By building relationships and understanding the customers’ business needs, he considers this to be key to providing a first class customer service. Over the years, Andy has mentored other members of staff to provide the same high standards of service that customers rightfully expect from a broker. In his present role with Coast, Andy works closely with customers to ensure that that their funding requirements are fully met to their complete satisfaction.

Sam Taylor

Sales Executive 

Sam graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BSc in Industrial EconomicsEconomics, and he began his career at Dawsongroup Finance in March 2024 as a Sales Executive. In this role, he particularly enjoyed onboarding new customers and showcasing the full range of benefits DGF had to offer.
In his current role as Sales Executive at Coast Finance, Sam is responsible for managing customer relationships and generating opportunities for the business. He collaborates closely with the Coast team to generate the best solution for our customers, bringing a customer-focused approach to every interaction.

Ollie Wareham

Sales Executive 

Ollie started off his career at his family’s catering butcher business in 2015, working across all aspects from product preparation to admin, sales, and management. In April 2024 he started working at Dawsongroup finance as an Internal Sales Executive, generating new business while building and maintaining relationships with existing Dawsongroup customers. Ollie understands the aches, pains, and struggles of owning a business and his new role at Coast Finance involves supporting owners with the best funding solutions on the market.

Jonny Davis

Sales Executive 

Jonny studied Business Administration and Management with a minor in Communications at a university in the United States whilst on a football scholarship. He joined the Dawsongroup finance team in March 2024 as Internal Sales Executive. Today, he works for Coast Finance as Sales Executive, managing customer relationships, generating new leads, and working with other members of the Coast team to provide exceptional funding solutions.
